Hi Shelly, sorry I haven't been in touch with you, Lyza is a baby doll. She is 11.9 lbs. now, the vet said she looks like she is pure austrailian shepard. She is getting along well with Logan, and she is certainly not shy with him anymore. Infact she is probably getting on his last nerve, but he is dealing well with it. My camera is broke, as soon as Chrissy comes over I'll have her take some more pictures.

No problem, thanks for the update! I'm glad to hear they are getting along well together. The 7 blue merles look very pure bred even though they are technically only 50% Aussie. I still can't get over the fact that 7 were like Caladesi and only 1 like Tiberius. I was really expecting more lab/German Shepherd-like puppies. By the way, is her name pronounced Lie-zah or Lee-zah?

Feel free to talk to your Mom as a dog reference. She knows how we are with our pets and can vouche for our love and dedication to our animals. She knows that they are our children. (and empty nesters are the worst). Our yard is a dog's dream come true. We have all four dogs on an invisible fence so they are free to run and play. Two don't run so much anymore as our German Shepard has just passed her 13 birthday, which is a year past their lifespan. The other senior has had two knee surgery and has an autoimmune disease which has left her with having to take prednisone for most of her life, so even though she is a couple years younger than the shepard, her insides would probably be at the same stage. The puppies (they are 2 but we still consider them puppies) are brother and sister. They are crazy and sweet and I couldn't have imagined separating the two of them. Well, I'm rambling on and I think I am about to run out of space.
