Batman was the first of the seven to arrive, born under my computer desk. Allan came up with the name because of her half black face, which apparently reminded him of Batman's mask. She is a very sweet little puppy, somewhat vocal at times. She has just started sitting up a lot and likes to sit and watch things happening around her.
9/23/10 Update - Batman is officailly the biggest of the pups, weighing 3 pounds, 6 ounces. She still loves to sit and observe the action, and will hang out with you until something catches her eye. When she plays, she tries to use her massive puppy weight but it usually backfires and she winds up rolling around with her feet in the air.
10/12/10 Update - Although I haven't weighed them again, Batman still looks like the largest of the litter. She's very playful and can hold her own, even though she generally does not seem as alpha minded as some of her siblings. She has definitely come out of her shell a little bit to get involved in puppy play rather than just sitting along the side lines like she did when she was younger.
